The Impact you will have:

In this role, you'll be the go-to technical resource for an assigned client. Your ability to resolve issues onsite, build strong relationships with users, and collaborate with internal and external partners will directly enhance the client's productivity and satisfaction. You will understand and follow the VC3 Way, our set of standards and processes to ensure a predictable result for the customer.

What you will be doing:
  • Serve as primary contact for all end user issues at assigned client working onsite at a client location 100% of the time
  • Complete end user issues including password resets, application and hardware break-fixes, and hardware/software procurement
  • Respond to and document walk-in requests from users at assigned client
  • Receive and respond to escalated service requests, incidents and change requests from other VC3 team members in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot issues across LOB applications, Microsoft Office, browsers, networking (DNS, DHCP, ISP), VPN/RDS/AVD/Citrix, wireless, and peripherals such as printers
  • Perform technical administrative tasks such as virtual server resource changes and Active Directory/365/application password resets
  • Identify recurring issues, open problem tickets and suggest improvements to tools and systems based on patters
  • Participate in the on-call rotation (1 week every 3-4 months)
  • Additional duties as required
The tools you bring:
  • 2+ years relevant technical experience OR 1 year experience in Service Technician I or II roles at VC3
  • 2+ years experience managing: Windows Service, Microsoft/Office 365, Active Directory, GPOs, Virus and Security, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V and VMWare
  • Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications highly desired

  • The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education and work location. What we expect to pay for the role: $49,700-$60,000.
