As a full- or part-time In-store HVAC Lead Coordinator, you're the go-to resource for shoppers exploring home comfort solutions. You create conversations, answer questions, and generate quality HVAC leads right from inside retail stores. You represent the Trust Home Comfort brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression and opens the door to lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Need:

  • 1+ years of HVAC experience
  • 1+ years of sales experience

WHAT'S IN STORE FOR YOU:

Pay:

  • Hourly base pay + commissions

Schedule:

  • Shifts vary, but will be within 9 am to 8:30 pm, with weekends
