Job Summary

FloraTrack AI is looking for a proactive, relationship focused Client Success Manager to help leading greenhouses and nurseries get real value from our platform. You will own a portfolio of grower accounts, guide them from pilot to rollout, and make sure they see clear impact in their day to day IPM, scouting, and inventory workflows. You will act as a strategic partner for our clients and a strong internal voice for their needs, working closely with sales, product, and engineering as we scale across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long term relationships with greenhouse and nursery clients through regular check ins, support, and on site or virtual visits
  • Deeply understand each client's crops, operations, and goals in order to configure FloraTrack, set up workflows, and align on clear success metrics
  • Lead onboarding from kickoff to first wins, including training staff on smart glasses workflows, web dashboards, and reporting
  • Monitor usage, KPIs, and feedback to identify risks, remove friction, and drive strong renewals and expansions
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities such as adding more sites, crops, modules, or users and work with sales to close them
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to translate client feedback into clear feature requests and help run structured pilots
  • Prepare and deliver progress reviews that highlight value, ROI, and next step recommendations for management teams
  • Use a CRM such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce to track account health, opportunities, and key activities
  • Contribute to playbooks, templates, and best practices and support junior team members as we grow the customer success function

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B customer success, account management, or sales for a software or technology company
  • Track record of owning renewals, leading expansions, and growing accounts over time
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with confidence presenting to operations leaders and executives
  • Comfortable discussing metrics, building simple ROI stories, and making data informed recommendations
  • Experience with CRM tools for managing accounts and pipelines
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast moving startup environment
  • Interest in agriculture, horticulture, or controlled environment growing or willingness to learn the greenhouse world quickly
  • Collaborative mindset and leadership qualities with the ability to influence both clients and internal stakeholders
