Location: Quesnel, BC (Local work + occasional travel for remote projects)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive wages based on experience + LOA for travel

About the Role

Hindsight Mechanical LTD is looking for a Ticketed Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and confident in both residential and commercial plumbing systems. Most work is based locally in Quesnel, with opportunities to travel to remote job sites, LOA provided for all travel.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Install hot water tanks, fixtures, piping, drainage systems, and specialty equipment
  • Ensure all work meets plumbing code and safety standards
  • Work independently and manage tasks efficiently
  • Coordinate with HVAC, gas, and mechanical team members
  • Travel to remote project sites as required (LOA provided)

Qualifications

  • Journeyperson (Ticketed) Plumber – Required
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing code, drainage systems, and water distribution
  • Experience in both new construction and renovations is an asset
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence
  • Additional certifications an asset:
  • Gas B
  • Cross-connection certification
  • WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
