. We work with issuers and asset managers who want consistent, targeted access to real decision-makers — not mass marketing.

We're hiring an
Investor Relations Associate
to help expand and activate relationships across Canada's wealth ecosystem.

The Role

This is a
relationship-driven role
, not a marketing or admin position. Your primary responsibility is to
identify, engage, and book meetings
with qualified capital allocators across Canadian wealth channels.

You will work directly with senior team members and represent Oak Hill and its clients in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively
    build and leverage a professional network
    across:
  • Investment advisors
  • Portfolio managers
  • Wealth platforms and dealer firms
  • Identify potential investor interest for:
  • Public companies (small, mid, and large cap)
  • ETFs and investment strategies
  • Consistently book a minimum of 5 qualified meetings per week
  • Manage outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and warm introductions
  • Coordinate investor meetings, follow-ups, and feedback
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track investor engagement
  • Stay informed on capital-markets trends, sectors, and client narratives

    and confidence speaking with senior professionals
  • Comfort initiating conversations with portfolio managers and advisors
  • Prior exposure to:
  • Capital markets, wealth management, IR, sales, or finance
  • Ability to work independently and
    own outcomes
  • Highly organized, responsive, and commercially minded
  • Toronto-based and able to work
    full time in office

  • Book
    5+ investor meetings per week
  • Demonstrate measurable progress in network growth
  • Represent Oak Hill and its clients professionally at all times
  • Contribute ideas and market intelligence back to the team
