Key Responsibilities

Lead with Vision:
Drive the development and execution of OCCHC's strategic and operational plans.

Build Community Connections:
Forge strong partnerships with funders, local government, and community organizations.

Strengthen Governance:
Partner with the Board of Directors to enable informed, strategic decisions.

Drive Financial Stability:
Lead annual budgeting and financial planning.

Champion People & Culture:
Foster an inclusive, values-driven workplace, that attracts, develops and retains top talent.

Purpose of the Role

  • Advance the mission, vision, and values of OCCHC in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all areas of the organization.
  • Champion health equity and community development in every aspect of service delivery.
  • Guide the organization through change and growth, ensuring sustainability and innovation.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in community health or social services.
  • Master's degree in business, public/health administration, or human services (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change and develop innovative programs.
  • Experience in securing funding and creating sustainability plans.
  • Strong track record of collaboration with Boards, government, and community partners.
