About Twinlakes Resort

Twinlakes Resort offers 10 lakeside cabins, 3 fully equipped cottages, and 14 bachelor apartments. We receive the majority of our reservations through Airbnb and are now looking for an experienced remote professional who specializes in maximizing bookings, optimizing listings, and providing exceptional guest communication.

Position Summary

We are also hiring an On-Site Airbnb Operations & Guest Services Coordinator responsible for post-booking operations, check-ins, cleaning team coordination, maintenance requests, and guest experience during the stay. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations at the resort.

Key Responsibilities On-Site Operations Management

  • Prepare units before each check-in (with cleaning staff).
  • Ensure cabins, cottages, and apartments meet cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Monitor supplies and restock as necessary.
  • Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues.

Guest Services (Post-Booking)

  • Greet guests and provide support during check-in.
  • Be available for guest concerns or issues during their stay.
  • Provide check-out coordination and inspect units afterward.
  • Communicate operational details back to the Remote Bookings Specialist.

Property Maintenance Coordination

  • Work with maintenance teams and contractors for repairs.
  • Keep management updated with daily property status and guest feedback.

Reporting

  • Provide daily or weekly updates on unit readiness, issues, and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure operational workflows are smooth and consistent.

Qualifications Required:

  • Hospitality or property management experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently onsite at Twinlakes Resort.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Preferred:

  • Experience in resorts, cottages, motels, or Airbnb operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple units efficiently.

Work Structure

  • On-site role at Twinlakes Resort (Minden, Ontario).
  • Flexible hours depending on check-ins and operational needs.
  • Full-time or part-time options available.

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly wage or salary.
  • On-site accommodation (optional).
  • Performance bonus based on guest reviews and operational efficiency.
