Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Drain Cleaner / Plumber's Helper to support our service technicians in residential and commercial plumbing and drain-cleaning jobs. This is a starting-level role with full training provided. The right candidate will have opportunities to advance into plumbing, and service technician roles.

Responsibilities

  • Assist plumbers with drain cleaning, camera inspections, and basic plumbing tasks
  • Set up and clean up job sites
  • Operate drain cleaning equipment safely (training provided)
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles
  • Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards
  • Perform other general labor duties as needed

Qualifications

  • No plumbing experience required — we will train the right person
  • Mechanical aptitude or hands-on work experience is an asset
  • Valid 5 driver's license with a clean 3 year driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to work on-call shifts (rotation) after training
