Current Opportunities
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for luxury retail and exceptional customer service skills.
As a Fine Jewelry Specialist, your role will be to help maximize and support all sales opportunities while maintaining Gandy Jewelry standards in all areas. You will also create strong client relationships by collaborating with other team members, help to build brand and customer loyalty through excellent client service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation and teamwork.
What you will bring to the role:
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
- (Hands-on, in-store, client-facing — not call centre,
- preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
- Exceptional fluency in English (spoken and written) — confident, articulate, and professional communication is essential.
- Strong experience selling high-value or premium products/services.
- Proven ability to build trust, read clients, and close sales ethically and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
- Assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice on jewelry styles, metals, and gemstones.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and help create a loyal client base.
- Support daily store operations, including restocking, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Ability to handle difficult clients and challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills (essential).
