À propos du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un ingénieur en automatisation IA hautement qualifié pour concevoir, mettre en œuvre et optimiser des solutions d'automatisation intelligentes au sein de notre entreprise. Ce poste combine une expertise en ingénierie logicielle, en intelligence artificielle et en automatisation des flux de travail pour simplifier les processus, améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et favoriser des initiatives de transformation numérique évolutives.Responsabilités principales :

  • Concevoir, développer et déployer des solutions d'automatisation pilotées par l'IA, notamment des chatbots, des systèmes de traitement de documents et des systèmes de décision prédictive.
  • Développer et maintenir des flux de travail d'automatisation de bout en bout à l'aide de RPA et d'outils d'orchestration (par exemple, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Airflow, Zapier, Make).
  • Intégrer des modèles d'apprentissage machine, des API et des services cognitifs aux applications et plateformes d'entreprise.
  • Collaborer avec les intervenants de l'entreprise pour identifier les possibilités d'automatisation, évaluer la faisabilité et définir les exigences.
  • Surveiller, dépanner et optimiser les pipelines d'automatisation afin d'en assurer la fiabilité, l'évolutivité et la rentabilité.
  • Assurer la conformité aux normes de sécurité, de confidentialité des données et de gouvernance de l'organisation.
  • Collaborer avec des scientifiques de données, des ingénieurs logiciels et des architectes de solutions pour faire progresser la stratégie d'automatisation.
  • Documenter les solutions techniques, créer des cadres réutilisables et encadrer les ingénieurs juniors sur les meilleures pratiques d'automatisation.

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, ingénierie, science des données ou dans un domaine connexe. 4 à 7 ans d'expérience en génie logiciel, développement d'automatisation ou génie IA/ML.
  • Excellente maîtrise des langages de programmation tels que Python, JavaScript/TypeScript ou Java.
  • Expérience pratique des cadres IA/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, bibliothèques NLP) et de l'intégration de modèles de langages complexes (par exemple, OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure Cognitive Services).
  • Expérience des outils RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) et des plateformes d'orchestration de flux de travail (Airflow, Prefect, etc.).
  • Familiarité avec les plateformes infonuagiques (AWS, Azure, GCP) et la conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellente connaissance des API, des microservices et de l'intégration de systèmes.
  • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes, communication et collaboration.
  • Parfait bilingue anglais-français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral (requis compte tenu de la nature du poste, qui implique la traduction de l'anglais vers le français).

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer to design, implement, and optimize intelligent automation solutions across our enterprise. This role combines expertise in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and workflow automation to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enable scalable digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions, including chatbots, document processing, and predictive decision systems.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end automation workflows using RPA and orchestration tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Airflow, Zapier, Make).
  • Integrate machine learning models, APIs, and cognitive services into enterprise applications and platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, and define requirements.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation pipelines for reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security, data privacy, and governance standards.
  • Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and solutions architects to advance automation strategy.
  • Document technical solutions, create reusable frameworks, and mentor junior engineers on automation best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in software engineering, automation development, or AI/ML engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NLP libraries) and integration of large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure Cognitive Services).
  • Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and workflow orchestration platforms (Airflow, Prefect, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and systems integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience deploying AI automation in enterprise-scale environments.
