The Role

We're seeking a
Sales & Office Manager
who will oversee day-to-day business operations while driving client relationships and sales initiatives. This is a hybrid position offering both in-office collaboration and remote flexibility — ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and operational tasks for the Grande Prairie office
  • Respond to and manage inbound advertiser and partner inquiries
  • Prepare and track quotes, proposals, and client invoices
  • Coordinate local screen installations and scheduling with technicians
  • Maintain CRM data and assist with ad contract renewals
  • Support ad uploads, digital campaign scheduling, and reporting
  • Provide client service and communication with professionalism and care
  • Assist with bookkeeping, documentation, and general office management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in
    sales
    ,
    office management
    , or
    administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
    and have
    reliable transportation
  • Able to commute to the Grande Prairie office
    as required
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and initiative
