Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Health Care Aides. As a Health Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with mobility and transportation needs
  • Support patients with meal preparation and feeding
  • Administer medications under the direction of a nurse or healthcare professional
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

  • Doing home to home visit per client.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospice care, nursing homes, home care or patient care settings is preferred

-Health Care Aide certificate

- Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus

- Ability to assist with medication administration

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to work in various healthcare settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments
