Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our parking lot and ensuring excellent customer service to all visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and keep track of cleanliness, organization and presentability of all vehicle inventory and the dealership lot area for customers/clients at all times.
  • Responsible for maneuvering, arranging, and relocating inventory
  • Proactively reports any possible issues/concerns as they arise within the lot and vehicle.
  • Maintains a friendly demeanor with the customers and clients at all times.
  • Keep all vehicles clean and ready for delivery or display.
  • Start all vehicles, check for dead batteries and recharge any that are dead.
  • Keep inventory arranged in neat and orderly fashion and clean at all times.
  • Keep work area free of debris and trash from vehicles.
  • During winter months keep doorways shoveled, sanded and cleared. Also clear snow and ice from cars in lot.
  • This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Class 5 driver's license

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods of time

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
