Account Manager - Entry Level
As an account manager at NUS Consulting Group, you are responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, reviewing and processing their energy accounts for payment. As part of this role, you will identify and resolve potential billing issues and liaise with clients, utilities, and energy suppliers. This is an entry-level role, and we will train you on reading utility bills and the systems used to process them. We are seeking recent graduates or individuals with limited energy markets experience, who are eager to learn, comfortable with basic analysis, highly organized, detailed-oriented, responsible, and enjoy working with others. The ability to read Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be an asset for the job, but not a requirement.
NUS Consulting Group is an international energy management and sustainability consulting firm that provides solutions to large commercial and industrial businesses. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.25-$19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36.25 per week
