PixMob is looking for a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join its team. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and closing of small to medium-sized projects, ensuring the success of PixMob activations at one-day or short-term events. This role is ideal for someone who excels at simultaneously managing multiple tasks, coordinating small teams, and ensuring impeccable execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and preparation:

• Understand client requirements and translate project objectives into clear action plans.

• Establish detailed timelines and allocate necessary resources (equipment, limited personnel such as a single operator or a pixels manager).
• Coordinate with logistics for equipment shipping and return.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to allocated costs.

• Project execution:

• Supervise on-site production personnel and ensure fluid communication.

• Ensure PixMob protocols are followed for efficient installation and execution.
• Anticipate and quickly resolve operational issues that may arise.
• Maintain constant communication with the client during the event to ensure their satisfaction.

• Monitoring and reporting:

• Gather feedback after the event and document it adequately.

• Prepare end-of-project reports, including performance and budgets.
• Activate the crisis communication plan during an Incident.

We are looking for the following professional profile:

• Bachelor degree in related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, ideally in event planning, audiovisual production, or a similar field.
• Technical knowledge of scenic elements.
• Flexibility to travel sporadically.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Autonomy and ability to make quick decisions with limited impact.
• Resourcefulness and ability to find adaptive solutions.
• Fluency in French and English.
