PURE Restoration is a full-spectrum disaster restoration and reconstruction company serving residential and commercial clients, property management companies, and the insurance industry. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Emergency Coordinator to join our Emergency Services team. This position reports directly to the Emergency Mitigation - Division Manager and plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and timely response during emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Emergency Supervisor and Emergency Manager to schedule projects and deploy resources efficiently.
- Support the coordination and scheduling of temporary emergency support staff.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments, balancing company priorities with client availability.
- Generate work orders and approve timesheets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Track equipment and assist with maintaining up-to-date inventory records.
- Review and enter emergency file documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance for fleet vehicles assigned to the Emergency Services team.
- Work closely with the Rebuild Coordinator to ensure seamless project transitions.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of consumable materials and supplies.
- Oversee maintenance of emergency equipment and the warehouse environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or industry-related experience.
- Previous dispatch experience considered an asset.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and smartphone-based applications.
- Experience with PSA, Encircle, and DocuSketch is considered an asset.
