Position Overview

We are recruiting for a full-time or part-time Retail Sales Associate to support our store in Fredericton (Regent Mall). This is a permanent position best suited for someone who loves retail and creative products and would like to have stable part-time hours in a supportive team environment .

Note: This position is part-time. Working hours will be flexibly arranged according to business needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process POS transactions and basic cash management
  • Organize product displays and keep the store clean
  • Replenish inventory and assist with receiving goods
  • Share product knowledge with customers
  • Support promotions and in-store creative activities

Eligibility

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Stand comfortably for long periods of time and perform light physical tasks
  • Ability to work 15-35 hours per week , including some weekends and holidays
  • Good communication skills and positive attitude
  • Retail experience is a plus but not required
  • Those who are interested in creative products or design will be given priority

Growth Opportunities

Based on business needs, high performing team members may be offered overtime or full-time work

. We also encourage internal development and may offer opportunities to advance to supervisory or store management positions .

Please note: All transitions or promotions are merit-based and contingent upon availability.
