What are your contributions to the team?

  • Improve/update XML importer tool (VBA)
  • Create macro Edit Pad Pro
  • Create/update using PowerBI, reports to provide data about the User Comment workflow
  • Management System (CMS) & Text Editor (Edit Pad Pro)
  • Create/revise Salesforce cases to track User Comments
  • Revise troubleshooting procedures as required using the web based Typo3 Content
  • Verify information using research and consultation with Subject Matter Experts (SME).
  • Ensure Troubleshooting Procedures meet company requirements, using checklists and other instructional documents as a part of any revisions that you make.
  • Other duties as assigned.
