Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cash Supervisor located in Fergus, ON. The Cash Supervisor will oversee daily cash operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include supervising cashiers, managing registers, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth transactions at checkout. Additional duties include handling cash discrepancies, supporting sales team efforts, training team members, and maintaining a customer-focused front-end environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and supervisory skills
• Customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
• Basic mathematics and proficiency with cash-handling processes
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle cash discrepancies and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Experience in retail or cash management is preferred
• Knowledge of store operations and point-of-sale systems is an asset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
