Production Fulfillment Associate – Signs & Graphics

We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Fulfillment Associate to join our production team, focused on one key national customer. If you're organized, comfortable working with your hands, and like the satisfaction of getting orders right the first time, this could be a great fit.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for making sure each job is completed exactly as the work order (docket) describes and shipped out properly. Typical tasks include:

  • Reading and understanding dockets: confirming quantities, sizes, materials, and finishing requirements.
  • Picking the correct product for each order (Coroplast signs, stickers/decals, styrene signs, etc.).

  • Applying finishing to signs, such as:

  • Double-sided tape on the back

  • Grommets in corners
  • Vinyl envelopes on the face of the sign
  • Packaging orders properly: choosing the right box, packing securely, and labeling correctly.
  • Preparing shipments: generating UPS waybills/labels and attaching them to boxes.
  • Updating our online tracker so the team and customer can see the status of each order.

Accuracy, organization, and pride in your work are the most important parts of this role.

  • Strong attention to detail – you actually read the docket and double-check your work.
  • Organized and reliable – you like a clean, tidy workspace and a clear system.
  • Basic computer skills – comfortable working with web-based tools, typing in info, and printing labels.
  • Comfortable with hands-on work – standing, moving around the production floor, and handling boxes.
  • Good communication – you're not afraid to ask questions if something on the docket isn't clear.
  • Experience in a sign shop, print shop, warehouse, or fulfillment environment is an asset, but not required if you're willing to learn.
