Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled
Hybrid CNC Lathe Operator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines while ensuring high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a hybrid CNC lathe according to company production standards.
  • Set up various parts on the machines.
  • Prepare tooling and operate CNC machinery.
  • Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments.
  • Measure and inspect finished parts for compliance.
  • Perform preparation tasks such as sawing and drilling according to specifications and tolerances.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma in CNC machining techniques.
  • Mastery of hybrid CNC lathe operation.
  • Experience with CNC milling machines – an asset.
  • Blueprint reading skills.
  • Proficient in using precision measuring tools.
  • Attention to detail with a quality-oriented mindset.
  • Team-oriented and respectful attitude.

Schedule Options:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hrs)
  • OR Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (45 hrs)
  • (Candidates may choose preferred schedule)

Salary:
Unionized hourly wage based on hours worked.

Additional Requirements:

  • Liability insurance must be provided prior to start.
  • Signing of a non-disclosure agreement is required.
  • Completion of remote training may be required.
