- Proven ability to build and scale talent acquisition strategies for multiple departments, including engineering, product, sales, and leadership teams.
- Experience developing long-term recruitment strategies while staying deeply involved in the tactical execution of high-level searches.

- Personally source, evaluate, and close executive-level candidates, directly influencing the leadership team at Shakudo.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for each leadership role.
- Lead the recruitment team (as you scale), while remaining hands-on in sourcing and engaging executive talent.
- Develop strong relationships with external executive search firms and industry networks to supplement in-house recruiting efforts when necessary.
- Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring an exceptional experience for all candidates.
- Partner closely with senior leaders to ensure recruitment strategies align with broader company goals and objectives.
