We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle window tinting, with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. This role involves applying window films to vehicles, ensuring precise installation, and maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. The Window Tinter will work closely with our service technicians to deliver exceptional results that enhance vehicle appearance and privacy.

Duties

  • Apply window tint film to various vehicle makes and models with precision and attention to detail
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and masking areas to ensure clean installations
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively during the tinting process
  • Measure and cut film accurately to fit different window sizes and shapes
  • Inspect finished work for quality assurance, ensuring no bubbles, creases, or imperfections
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of waste materials
  • Follow all safety protocols related to the use of tools, chemicals, and equipment
  • Assist with vehicle repairs or mechanical tasks as needed, leveraging mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience

Experience

  • Dealership experience or automotive repair background is highly desirable
  • Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity using hand tools and power tools
  • Experience with automotive tinting or similar applications preferred
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary during installation or equipment handling
  • Prior mechanic experience is a plus, demonstrating understanding of vehicle systems and safety procedures
