Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic IT planning, cybersecurity risk management, and technology alignment for our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring IT initiatives support business objectives while identifying opportunities for new revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic technology partner for client executives.
- Develop and present IT roadmaps, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Identify and propose technology solutions that generate new revenue streams for both clients and NETWORTH.
- Collaborate with internal MSP teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Advise on cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and governance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years in IT leadership, consulting, or MSP environment.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and client engagement.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Competitive
- Performance Bonus: Based on new revenue growth from strategic initiatives and client expansion

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $69,634.70-$150,000.00 per year
