Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Installer helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good experience in windo installation field. As a Window Installer helper, you will be responsible for installing,lifting the windows and handing over the materials to installers,in residential and commercial properties, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Measure and cut materials to fit window frames accurately
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks
  • Helping in installing, lifting the windows and related stuff.
  • Apply caulking and sealants to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing
  • Perform restoration work on existing windows as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
  • Conduct quality checks on installed windows to ensure they meet industry standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction or windows industry is preferred
  • Familiarity/Experience with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment
  • Knowledge of caulking techniques and materials used for window installation
  • Experience in restoration, construction painting, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, or tile laying is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in various work environments
