Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Associate Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role involves delivering comprehensive financial planning and supporting senior advisors in managing high-value client relationships. Candidates must have a strong foundation in financial planning and a clear ambition to advance into a senior role. Our approach emphasizes holistic planning over investment-only strategies.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct detailed client discovery and develop tailored financial plans using planning software.

· Help clients define wealth objectives and communicate effective strategies to achieve them.

· Manage ongoing client relationships to ensure successful implementation of financial plans.

· Support onboarding and servicing of new clients.

· Provide guidance on investment, insurance, and financial decisions.

· Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

· Collaborate with senior advisors on high-value accounts through research, plan updates, report drafting, presentations, and meeting preparation.

Requirements:

· Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.

· CFP or QAFP designation (required).

· Minimum 2 years of financial planning experience.

· Strong client service and relationship management skills.

· Knowledge of investment markets, tax and estate planning, insurance, and financial tools.

· Proficiency with financial planning software (e.g., Conquest, NaviPlan).

· Detail-oriented, high integrity, and empathetic.

· Desire to progress into a senior advisory role.

Employment Details:

· Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

· Compensation: Base salary plus bonus

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
