Exploration Geologist

A fast-growing mineral exploration company is seeking an an addition to their team to drive their expanding northern Saskatchewan portfolio. The Impact You'll Make

As the technical leader reporting to the VP of Exploration, you'll:

• Strategize & Execute
  – Design exploration programs that maximize asset value and accelerate project timelines across a diverse portfolio
• Lead Field Operations
  – Oversee drilling, sampling, mapping, and geophysical surveys while ensuring safety and operational excellence
• Build Technical Capacity
  – Mentor geoscientists and technicians, fostering leadership and geological expertise across field teams
• Drive Results
  – Interpret complex datasets, manage budgets and timelines, and deliver compelling technical reports for stakeholders
• Ensure Compliance
  – Navigate Saskatchewan regulatory requirements and maintain environmental, health, and safety standards

What You Bring

• BSc/MSc in Geology or Earth Sciences + P.Geo/P.Eng designation
• 8-10+ years in mineral exploration with team management experience
• Proficiency in ArcGIS, Studio, DHLogger (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Saskatchewan permitting and regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
