Part Time-Condominium Concierge Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly new team member to be a part of our In-house Concierge Team. As the first point of contact for our residents and guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to assist guests with their needs and inquiries efficiently. You should display professionalism, respect for privacy and confidentiality. Good customer service skills is essential. You should have respect for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Job functions:

  • Access control, CCTV surveillance, contractor escorts & report writing
  • Visitor management, parcel & key management
  • Property inspections, including pool chemical balance testing, property rules & regulations enforcement
  • Assist in case of emergency, first aid or any other intervention
  • Interact with visitors, customers and the general public
  • Detect, challenge and displace unwanted people
  • Collect information on complaints or events
  • Maintain a positive, productive work environment through teamwork

What you should have:

  • Valid Security Guard License
  • Previous experience in the security industry is an asset
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Full availability including nights, afternoons, weekend, days & statutory holiday shifts
  • Fire alarm panel knowledge
  • Good customer service
  • Problem solving skills
  • Capability of multi-tasking, working in a busy and fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
