Responsibilities :

·       Oversee daily operations to ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and organized in accordance with food safety standards ;

·       Manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, monitor expiration dates, and minimize shrinkage ;

·       Deliver excellent service, handle complaints professionally, and build a loyal customer base ;

·       Schedule shifts, train and supervise staff (cashiers, stockers), monitor performance, and foster a positive team culture ;

·       Track sales, propose promotions and cultural events (e.g., Lunar New Year, African festivals), and maximize revenue ;

·       Collaborate with community networks and online platforms to promote the store, particularly within Vietnamese, Asian, and African communities ;

·       Ensure the store complies with all local regulations, licenses, workplace safety, and fire prevention requirements ;

·       Perform all other related duties.

Qualifications :

·       Secondary (high) school graduation certificate ;

· year to less than 2 years of related retail or wholesale sales experience ;

Job details :

·       $36,00 hourly ;
