The Quarry, Edmonton's premier 27-hole public golf facility, is known for its high standards and team-focused culture. We are hiring motivated individuals to join our Turf Care Department for the 2026 season. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, develop new skills, and help maintain one of Edmonton's top golf destinations in a supportive team atmosphere. See below for more details:

FULL TIME

  • Typically a 7.5 Hour Shift
  • 4:30 AM start during mid season
  • Later start times during shoulder seasons (Spring & Fall)
  • Monday to Friday & every third Weekend
  • April – October work period (weather dependent)
  • **Exceptions may be available for students**

Potential Duties:

  • Manual labour (raking bunkers, string trimming, etc.)
  • Equipment operation (mowing greens, tees, rough, etc.)
  • Miscellaneous project work

Compensation/Perks:

  • Starting Wage – $17.00/Hour
  • Golf privileges
  • Opportunity to be acquire new skills pertaining to all aspects of golf course maintenance and equipment operation
