Position Overview-
We are seeking a skilled
Salesforce Technical Architect
with Public Sector experience to lead digital transformation using Salesforce Industries (SFI) solutions. You will implement complex solutions with OmniStudio and Vlocity, leveraging your expertise in application, integration, and security architecture. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you will ensure successful, business-critical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client and Partner Guidance
: Provide expert guidance to customers, partners, and internal implementation teams on how to best leverage Salesforce's platform for successful digital transformation, utilizing Salesforce Industries solutions. - Establish Trust and Promote Best Practices
: Build strong, trust-based relationships with customer leadership, promoting the adoption of Salesforce Industries (SFI) best practices to maximize platform capabilities and business value. - Design and Build Business Processes
: Architect sophisticated business processes using Salesforce Industries (OmniStudio/Vlocity) technologies, alongside the platform and integration tools, to meet client-specific needs. - Manage Customer Expectations
: Proactively manage customer expectations, addressing complex challenges and collaborating with customers and third-party partners to deliver optimal solutions. - Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams
: Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and directly with clients to design and implement tailored technology solutions that meet business requirements and objectives. - Risk Management and Issue Resolution
: Identify potential risk areas in solution design and implementation, providing proactive solutions and ensuring issues are resolved to the client's satisfaction. - Mentorship and Team Development
: Advise and mentor internal and external teams, including customer and partner resources, guiding them in application and integration development processes and providing technical support. - Lead Internal Initiatives
: Lead critical internal initiatives aimed at growing the consulting practice and contributing to the broader knowledge base of the community, ensuring continuous learning and development. - Knowledge Sharing
: Actively contribute to the ongoing development of the organization's overall knowledge base and technical expertise.
Requirements:
- Experience
: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Salesforce. - Educational Qualifications
: A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent foreign degree) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. - Salesforce Expertise
: Proven success in delivering enterprise-level Salesforce projects, ideally within any of the Salesforce Industries verticals, such as Communications, Media and Entertainment, Insurance, Health, Public Sector, Energy, or Utilities. - Technical Skills
: Strong expertise in application design and development, with a solid understanding of data, integration, and security architecture. - Communication Skills
: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences. Comfortable leading discussions, crafting emails, and delivering presentations. - Business Process Optimization
: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to design, optimize, and automate business processes through technology and integration. - Leadership and Influence
: Ability to convey and advocate for best practices at all organizational levels, influencing key stakeholders to adopt strategic technology solutions.
