Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to add to our team at Bridgewater Mazda. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for retail sales and possess strong communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs

  • Conduct retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Utilize upselling techniques to recommend additional products or services

  • Demonstrate product features and conduct product demos when necessary

  • Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store layout

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales promotions

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail sales is preferred

  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers

  • Experience in cashiering or handling cash transactions is a plus

  • Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous

  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus, with fluency in English required
