Diploma in Leisure Service Administration, Recreation Management, or other related field. Approved supplemental courses in recreation, combined with a minimum of two (2) years' experience working in a local government or recreation environment, may be substituted for the diploma provided that the employee can satisfactorily demonstrate the required skill level for the position. Proficient with ACTIVE net or other web-based programs or recreation management software is an asset. British Columbia Class 5 Drivers License or equivalent. Standard First Aid Certificate. Satisfactory Police Information Check, Vulnerable Sector.
