About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on senior graphic designer to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends creative execution with strategic thinking across digital and physical touchpoints. You'll lead small-scale initiatives, contribute to brand development, and produce high-quality visual assets that elevate our product storytelling. Strong graphic design skills and UX/UI sensibility are essential, along with the ability to stay organized and drive projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Execution & Project Management (40%)

  • Support the development and rollout of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals across cross-functional teams
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Assist in planning and executing product launches, promotions, and showroom updates.

Graphic Design & UX/UI (60%)

  • Create compelling visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Design responsive layouts for web, email, and product configurators
  • Collaborate with developers and content teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Apply UX/UI principles to improve customer journeys and product engagement
  • Use Figma or similar tools to produce wireframes and mockups

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/marketing
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, UX/UI, and marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or equivalent tools)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with emerging leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product marketing or home improvement/interior design industries
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
