We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and power tools for carpet cleaning, ensuring all equipment is used safely and effectively.
• Perform thorough cleaning of carpets in residential and commercial settings, utilizing appropriate cleaning techniques and products.
• Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
• Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled time frames while maintaining quality standards.
• Handle heavy lifting of equipment and materials as required during the cleaning process.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and report any issues or concerns to management.

Experience

• Previous custodial experience is preferred, particularly in commercial cleaning environments.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques, products, and equipment is essential.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Time management skills are crucial for completing tasks efficiently within designated time frames.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 9 months

Pay: $15.65-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
