We are seeking a Shift Supervisor that excels in multi-tasking and providing a great guest experience for full-time or part-time.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our front of house operations run smoothly during your shifts.Salary to commence with experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Display a "Guests are first" attitude and lead as an example to make sure we deliver an exceptional guest service as a team.
  • Help Restaurant Manager control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation,minimizing waste as well as ensuringhigh quality of foodpreperation.
  • Help solve operational as well as service issues in a timely manneralong with training, coaching and follow-ups with team members and management team
  • Maintaining food and safety standards are being followed at all times.
  • Leading the Team during during your shift-guiding them ,coaching and working alongside them during your shift in a way that maximizes retention.
  • Complete all required shift documentation and follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • You must be available to work afternoons and weekends.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the General Manager/Store Manager/or Restaurant Owner
