GTA Sales Representative

We're now looking to add an experienced construction professional to our GTA sales team — someone who knows the industry, understands construction challenges, and can help our customers build smarter.
Your Role
As an ULMA Sales Representative, you'll represent a company with a catalogue of advanced formwork systems, providing our solutions to residential, commercial, infrastructure and institutional concrete construction projects.
You'll work directly with concrete contractors, general contractors, and builders to identify project opportunities, propose solutions, and drive results from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects across Ontario.
- Identify upcoming projects and create strategies to position ULMA early in the bid process.
- Collaborate with our engineering and logistics teams to prepare technical proposals and rental solutions.
- Visit jobsites to support installations, evaluate performance, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage territory sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting with a proactive, professional approach.
What You Bring
- 10–20 years of construction experience, ideally in formwork, concrete, or structural trades.
- Preferred qualification in a technical/construction field - College diploma or bachelor degree
- Background as a site superintendent, project manager, estimator, or construction sales Rep.
- Strong technical understanding of formwork systems, drawings, and sequencing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Motivated, organized, and comfortable in both site and office settings.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Ontario.
