Summary

We are seeking an Industrial Spray Painter to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. Located in the heart of our operations, this role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of quality and service. As an Industrial Spray Painter, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering top-notch products to our clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or masking as necessary.
  • Operate paint spraying equipment to apply coatings efficiently. (HVLP)
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols while handling materials and equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on spray equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the painting department.

  • Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of industrial painting techniques and materials.

  • Familiarity with safety regulations related to painting operations.
  • Ability to operate various tools including forklifts and power tools, tape measures, cutting saw and overhead crane experience.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint components.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control mindset.
  • Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills.

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
