About the Role :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Medical Laboratory Assistant Instructor to join our academic team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who is passionate about education, student success, and continuous improvement in the medical laboratory field.

Responsibilities:

  • Instructional duties that follow prescribed learning and program objectives
  • Monitoring student progress and assessments in a timely manner
  • Professional upkeep of curriculum and instructional materials
  • Work closely with the administrative team in support of student records
  • Available for student practicums

To be successful for this position, you will be:

  • Certified/Registered in good standing with the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS)
  • Have graduation from an accredited educational institution
  • Have two or more years' experience
  • Experience as an Instructor is preferred
  • Able to commit to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
  • Adept in learning management platforms and computer savvy
  • Have professional presentation and soft skills to help motivate learners
