NOW HIRING: Service Advisor 

LOCATION: Centennial Honda, Summerside, Prince Edward Island

HOURS: Full time, permanent, 40+ hours per week. Monday - Friday 7:45am - 5:00pm.

WAGES: $ $21.00 per hour + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

APPLICABLE SKILLS:

  • Valid driver's license is required

Note: While experience in automotive service is preferred, we welcome applicants with a customer service mindset and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

 JOB TASKS:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, in person or over the phone
  • Document customer concerns and vehicle issues accurately.
  • Provide information on service options, costs, and timelines.
  • Schedule appointments and manage service workflow effectively.
  • Communicate with technicians and team members for timely repairs.
  • Keep customers updated on repair progress and address concerns.
  • Present service recommendations based on inspections and diagnostics.
  • Coordinate with the parts department for necessary components.
  • Maintain accurate service records.
