Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and experienced DZ and G Tow Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating flatbed tow trucks efficiently and in a timely manner. This role requires a strong focus on safety, customer service, and vehicle maintenance.

Duties

  • Safely operate trucks to transport goods to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
  • Load, tie down and unload vehicles and freight.
  • Must create Invoices and accept payments from customers.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding any issues encountered
  • Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to keep the vehicle in optimal condition
  • Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management and material handling when required
  • Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations

Requirements

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
  • Mechanical knowledge of trucks and automotive repair skills to handle minor repairs or troubleshooting
  • Experience with forklift and skid steer operation is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong customer service skills to represent the company professionally during calls.
  • Proven experience in commercial driving with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, loading, and unloading cargo safely
  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with dispatchers and customers
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
