Quality Greens is 100% locally owned and operated a full-service market currently recruiting a part-time or full-time Customer Service Associate. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work at least 3 shifts per week and must be available at least one day on the weekend.

Under the supervision of the Store Manager, this position is responsible for providing top-notch customer service, accurate cash-handling, stocking, cleaning and facing various products on the sales floor, and maintaining all company standards through adhering to all cash handling policies and procedures.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Receive product deliveries ensuring order and invoice accuracy
  • Stock, merchandise, trim, face, and clean according to department procedures
  • Examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished
  • Rotate stock to ensure high quality and fresh products at all times
  • Process transactions in a timely and efficient manner (cash, credit, interact, and returns/exchanges).
  • Cash handling and reconciliation
  • Adhere to company loss prevention standards
  • Cover additional shifts as necessary in order to meet the operational needs of the store
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with staff and other departments
  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Have previous experience in a customer service oriented environment
  • Have the ability to stand, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Excel when working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous cash handling experience is considered an asset
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines
  • Have the ability and willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
