Circul-Aire produces granular products used to remove contaminants from an air stream. These products are used in small to industrial sized air cleaners.
Circul-Aire is looking for a Quality Control Technician.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Quality Control Technician provides technical support to ensure all aspects of product quality as outlined in the company's ISO certifications.
The QC Technician is responsible for sampling, physical and chemical testing, recording and analysis of results as part of the technical service team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Period monitoring of production to ensure all quality procedures are being followed including designated sampling procedures for each product.
Visual Inspection of products during production to ensure initial quality.
Perform both physical and chemical testing procedures on samples.
Generate QC report for each batch of production. Reporting any non-conformities on internal noncompliance system.
Communicate QC results with production personnel. Work with production personnel to find solution(s) to non-conforming products.
Record which production batch(s) go to which Customer. Prepare Certificate of Analysis for customers when required.
Organize and store QC samples for specified time period.
Support production team on Research and Development projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of chemistry
Attention to details and the ability to apply QC standards rigorously
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet testing frequency requirements
Effective communication skills with production personnel.
Previous laboratory experience an asset.
Interest in production processes an asset.
Microsoft Word and Excel an asset.

Circul-Aire recherche un technicien en contrôle qualité.
DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Le technicien en contrôle qualité apporte un soutien technique afin de garantir la qualité des produits, conformément aux certifications ISO de l'entreprise.
Au sein de l'équipe du service technique, il est responsable du prélèvement d'échantillons, des analyses physiques et chimiques, ainsi que de l'enregistrement et de l'analyse des résultats.
RESPONSABILITÉS
Surveillance périodique de la production afin de garantir le respect de toutes les procédures qualité, y compris les procédures d'échantillonnage désignées pour chaque produit.
Inspection visuelle des produits en cours de production afin de garantir leur qualité initiale.
Réalisation de tests physiques et chimiques sur les échantillons.
Génération d'un rapport de contrôle qualité pour chaque lot de production. Signalement de toute non-conformité dans le système interne de gestion des non-conformités.
Communication des résultats de contrôle qualité au personnel de production. Collaboration avec le personnel de production pour trouver des solutions aux produits non conformes.
Enregistrement des lots de production destinés à chaque client. Préparation des certificats d'analyse pour les clients, le cas échéant.
Organisation et stockage des échantillons de contrôle qualité pendant la période spécifiée.
Soutien à l'équipe de production dans le cadre des projets de recherche et développement.

Souci du détail et capacité à appliquer rigoureusement les normes de contrôle de la qualité
Capacité à prioriser les tâches et à respecter les exigences de fréquence des tests
Aptitudes à communiquer efficacement avec le personnel de production
Expérience en laboratoire un atout
Intérêt pour les processus de production un atout
Maîtrise de Microsoft Word et Excel un atout
