These team members are responsible for developing quality programs that run as efficiently as possible with the least amount of down time. Their objective is to keep machines running as long as possible without attendance.

The Programmer/Machinist will report directly to the Machine Leader.

Responsibilities and Duties

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years' experience programming and operating a CNC machine
  • Experience with Tebis software an asset, but not required
  • Experience with FCS an asset, but not required
  • Strong work ethic

  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills
