We're looking for a
Business Systems & IT Analyst
who's passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency, reliability, and growth across the organization. You're a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and takes pride in ensuring that systems, processes, and people work seamlessly together. With a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen, you'll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the tools and systems that empower every team at Fusion Homes to perform at their best.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Partner with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into system or process improvements that enhance efficiency and data integrity.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, ensuring timely, professional, and customer-focused resolution of technical issues.
  • Maintain and administer key business applications (ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, etc.), including user access, configurations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and the managed service provider (MSP) to support infrastructure, licensing, and technology project delivery.
  • Support implementation of new systems, integrations, and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and strengthen reporting capabilities.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience
    in systems administration, business systems analysis, or a related hybrid IT role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including Azure AD, SharePoint, and Teams)
    , with hands-on experience supporting ERP, CRM, or HRIS applications.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Excel
    for data reporting, integration, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    , with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver practical solutions.
  • Customer-focused and collaborative communicator
    who takes initiative to streamline workflows, enhance system performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Occasional travel to the Toronto office may be required.
