Clinical Research Assistant

Biospective is seeking a detail-oriented and thorough Clinical Research Assistant to assist in the conduct of clinical research studies.
The Clinical Research Assistant will play a key role in the coordination and execution of clinical imaging studies. In this role you will work closely with the Project Leaders and Study Directors to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of study-related tasks. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of imaging and clinical data within a collaborative research environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control (QC) reviews, data preparation, and data management.
- Organize, reconcile, and verify large amounts of imaging and clinical data.
- Coordinate study-related activities with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
- Lead or assist with the preparation and review of study documentation.
- Participate in Biospective R&D activities.
- Contribute to all phases of clinical study conduct, from site initiation to study close.
- Ensure compliance with Biospective procedures, quality assurance requirements and Good Clinical Practices.
Skills and Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant life sciences or health care discipline
- Prior experience in clinical research, data management, or imaging studies is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Interest in neuroscience and imaging-based clinical research is an advantage.

Biospective est à la recherche d'un Assistant de Recherche Clinique minutieux et rigoureux pour contribuer au succès du déroulement des études de recherche clinique.
L'assistant de recherche clinique joue un rôle clé dans la coordination et la réalisation d'études d'imagerie clinique. Dans ce poste, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de projet et les directeurs d'étude afin de garantir la qualité des données, la conformité réglementaire et la réalisation en temps voulu des tâches liées à l'étude. Ce poste nécessite une grande attention aux détails, une bonne aptitude à l'analyse et la capacité de gérer de grands volumes de données d'imagerie et cliniques dans un environnement de recherche collaboratif.
Responsabilités :
- Contrôle de qualité pour des données d'études de neuroimagerie incluant la préparation et gestion de données.
- Organiser, harmoniser et valider de grandes quantités de données cliniques et d'imagerie.
- Coordonner les activités liées aux études avec les parties prenantes internes et externes afin de garantir la qualité et la livraison dans les délais des projets.
- Diriger ou assister à la préparation et à la révision de la documentation relative aux études.
- Participation aux activités de R&D de Biospective
- Contribuer à toutes les étapes de la réalisation des études cliniques, du lancement du site à la clôture de l'étude.
- Respect des procédures de Biospective et des exigences d'assurance de la qualité et des Bonnes Pratiques Cliniques (BPCs).
Exigences et compétences requises:
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente.
- Baccalauréat dans un domaine des sciences de la vie ou des sciences de la santé.
- Une expérience préalable en recherche clinique, en gestion de données ou en études d'imagerie constitue un atout.
- Excellentes habiletés organisationnelles et analytiques, avec un grand souci du détail.
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellentes habiletés de communication et capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.
- Intérêt pour les neurosciences et la recherche clinique axée sur l'imagerie constitue un avantage.
Conditions de travail:
- Ce poste hybride implique des déplacements réguliers et hebdomadaires au bureau (2 jours semaine)
