Brand Butter is scaling fast, and we're looking for someone who's equal parts project lead, client strategist, and confident salesperson. This isn't a "learn on the job" role — we need someone who's already been in the arena and can help us grow without dropping a ball. We're a boutique, results-focused agency working in websites, SEO, SEM, and digital performance. If you thrive on autonomy, ownership, and variety, you'll fit right in.

You'll own both delivery and growth for your accounts — from kickoff to renewal and expansion — working a mix of inbound opportunities and proactive outbound outreach, with support from the team on lead lists and target companies.

What You'll Do

A mix of project leadership, relationship management, and sales responsibilities:

Project & Client Management

  • Manage active client accounts simultaneously.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, budgets, and communication with clarity and confidence.
  • Understand client goals deeply and guide them toward the right solutions.
  • Lead client meetings and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Work with designers, developers, ad managers, or freelancers to deliver work on time and on scope.

Sales & Business Development

  • Handle inbound and warm leads — discovery calls, scoping, proposals, and closing.
  • Conduct proactive outbound outreach to target companies via email, LinkedIn, referrals, or other channels.
  • Spot opportunities to expand existing accounts and recommend services that make sense.
  • Support and refine our sales process alongside the founding team.
  • Hit quarterly revenue targets through a mix of new client acquisition and account growth

Marketing & Creative Support

  • Provide thoughtful feedback on design, messaging, websites, and ads to ensure alignment with strategy and client goals.
  • Help prepare presentation decks, proposal documents, and client reports.
  • (Bonus) Ability to do simple design edits or content adjustments when needed.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a marketing agency, digital agency, or B2B services firm.
  • 1+ year of experience directly involved in sales, account expansion, or closing deals.
  • Proven success in managing multiple client accounts at once, including timelines, budgets, and client communication.
  • Strong writing and communication skills — proposals, emails, and client messaging should feel natural.
  • Experience working with websites, SEO, SEM, or digital advertising projects (you don't need to be an expert, but you must understand the basics).
  • Comfort running meetings, opening new conversations, and leading client discussions without supervision.

Preferred Experience (These Will Put You at the Top of the List)


• 5+ years in a digital agency environment.


• Experience selling retainers, project-based services, or digital marketing packages.


• Familiarity with tools like: Asana / Monday / ClickUp (or similar PM tools), Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Figma / Canva, CRM systems


• Experience writing scopes of work and managing budgets.


• Ability to upsell, retain, and grow accounts based on results and strong relationships.
