Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed according to specifications, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients. The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining quality control and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

  • Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety standards.
  • Utilize construction management software to track project progress and manage resources efficiently.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop accurate construction estimates and budgets.
  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate their activities to ensure seamless workflow on-site.
  • Utilize tools such as Bluebeam and ProCore for project documentation and communication.
  • Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, material usage, and labor hours.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management software
  • Proficiency in quality control processes and techniques.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents effectively.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating practices and budgeting principles.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and communication.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
