Host Duties and Responsibilities

Job Summary:

You're the face of the restaurant — stylish, welcoming, and always in control of the flow. You set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience from the moment guests walk in

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table flow during high-volume service
• Accurately quote wait times and keep guests informed
• Coordinate closely with servers and management to maintain smooth service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished host stand
• Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
• Send guests off with a great last impression

Qualifications:

• Friendly, polished, and outgoing personality
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm in a high-energy environment
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Expeditor (Expo) Duties & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

You're the heartbeat between the kitchen and the floor — fast, focused, and detail-driven. You ensure every plate leaves the kitchen looking perfect and hits the table hot and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate food orders between kitchen and service staff
• Check dishes for accuracy, quality, and presentation
• Ensure food is delivered to tables quickly and correctly
• Communicate clearly with Chefs and servers regarding timing and modifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line
• Assist kitchen and service teams during peak hours
• Help resolve order issues quickly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Prior expo or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Passion for food and high standards

Support Staff Duties & Responsobilities

Job Summary:

You're fast, efficient, and always two steps ahead. You help keep the dining room moving while supporting servers and creating a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Run food accurately and efficiently during high-volume service
• Clear, reset, and maintain tables quickly
• Assist servers with guest needs and table maintenance
• Refill waters as needed
• Keep dining areas and service stations clean and stocked
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Be a reliable team player during busy shifts

Qualifications:

• High energy with a positive attitude
• Strong sense of urgency and teamwork
• Ability to move quickly and stay organized
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required
