Nickle Landscaping is looking for dependable sidewalk crew members to join our winter team. If you're someone who shows up, works hard, and pays attention to the small details, we want you with us this season.

You'll be responsible for shoveling snow and/or spreading salt in tighter spaces where machines can't reach. This role is physical, fast-paced, and safety-focused — perfect for someone who isn't afraid to put the work in.

We're hiring call-in staff for the 2025 winter season. That means being available during winter events and able to get to your assigned location within 2 hours of being called. You can still work another job, as long as you're able to show up when winter hits.

What We're Looking For:

  • Comfortable working long hours in a physically demanding role
  • Follows safety protocols — no exceptions
  • Experience with winter operations is a bonus
  • Works well with a team and communicates clearly
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow route maps without issue

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

  • Do you have a valid G driver's licence? (preferred)
